Black pudding is a West Highland soul-food, and as more of our friends in Skye and beyond move to plant-based diets we wanted to make sure there was a vegan-friendly marag for all sensibilities. In keeping with the West Highland recipe our Vegan "Black Pudding" is lightly spiced, though less traditional of course - it is made with beetroot and spirulina to evoke the earthy notes of a traditional marag dhubh!
Ingredients: Water, *oatmeal (GLUTEN), onion, vegetable suet, sunflower oil, textured vegetable protein, (SOYA), beetroot powder,spirulina, salt, spices

If your order is a gift, please let the recipient know it is being delivered, it is important that they are refrigerated on receipt.
In the event of damaged or faulty goods, customers must contact us immediately. Perishable goods must have been kept refrigerated from the day of delivery.
Storage: Refrigerate on delivery. Unopened, it will stay fresh until ‘Use by’ date on product. Once opened, please consume within one week. Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months. We recommend you slice and wrap your pudding in portions before freezing.
Cooking Instructions:
Grill or fry for 6 – 8 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through.
